Anna Torfs studied interior architecture at the Sint-Lucas School of Architecture in Brussels. In the early 1990s she moved to the Czech Republic where she collaborated with local glassmakers and created her first collection in 2002. Together with Dries Coppens she has built a successful brand.

Anna’s work is all handmade and is done using traditional glass blowing, cutting and sanding methods, which are over 200 years old. Because the pieces are crafted by hand, no two pieces are the same, with variations in appearance, making each item unique.
