Alexandre Turpault
Alexandre Turpault founded his textile company in 1847 in Cholet, France. In 1849 he joined forces with Charles Libaud, owner of a dyeing plant specialising in the dyeing of cotton. Years later, the brand still bears the tradition of his knowledge and produces high-quality products, both comfortable and pleasing to the eye.
Alexandre Turpault supports knowledge development in their workshop, located in the Hauts-de-France region, known for its textile industry. Preserving know-how, safeguarding jobs, and protecting the local economy is their way of retaining manufacturing in France. As such, most of their products are created in France and have been awarded the Origine France Garantie certification – further proof of their commitment to the French manufacturing industry.
The Alexandre Turpault workshop unites men and women with the common values of their founder: quality, authenticity, innovation and comfort. Alexandre Turpault offers bedding in linen, cotton sateen or cotton percale (sets include duvet cover, pillowcases, sheets and bolsters); bathroom towelling items made from organically grown cotton; luxury table linens.
Alexandre Turpault has the future of the plant at heart and they choose ecological materials (linen, organic cotton) and plastic-free packing.
