Schiavon

Angelo Schiavon started working with silver in 1944 and set up his own silversmith workshop in a storeroom in Treviso, near Venice, in 1957, manufacturing silver tableware. He initially sold to antique dealers and retailers. By 1970 all Schiavon distribution was done by wholesalers and then in 1975 all items went to an exclusive selection of retailers, ensuring its products were only sold in upscale shops in Italy and overseas.
Today, the factory remains in Treviso and covers 10,000 square metres, which manufactures all Schiavon products, completed by highly skilled artisans. Angelo?s son and daughter, Alberto and Bianca, now work with him, continuing the family name. They are a dynamic company, readily adapting to changes in the markets and customer needs. Attention to detail and commitment to its customers make Schiavon renowned as one of the finest Italian silversmiths.
