Standard silver plating is 90g and 800 parts per 1000 for solid silver cutlery is the industry standard. However. To ensure the highest quality, Robbe & Berking use 925 sterling silver for their solid silver cutlery and 150g for the silver plated items (thick enough to allow engraving).
